ETHER TEETH – “AUTUMN SKY”

It’s been a few weeks since Phoenix’s Ether Teeth put out their latest single “Autumn Sky” but we couldn’t pass up the chance to mention the brilliant track. Dreamy guitar melodies and languid vocals laced with intoxicating psychedelia nurtures crooning lyrics such as “I was your, was your melody/You, you were, you were my harmony”. The track takes us to a faraway dreamland and we can’t say it’s a bad thing. BESTIE – “ASLEEP ON THE BUS (ON PLANETS REMIX)”

“Asleep On The Bus”, the second effort from Vancouver-based band Bestie gets the remix treatment by On Planets, reworking the former laid-back, tropical ndie-pop single into an upbeat dance-beat track with a completely different vibe. Can’t say which one we like more but you can decide for yourself by checking out Bestie‘s Soundcloud to hear the original and other sounds.

CASE WORK – “DANCING SHADOWS”

Here’s the absolutely gorgeous new dream-pop track “Dancing Shadows” from Sanford’s Case Work (fronted by Saskatchewan‘s Chandler Strang). Breezy guitar melodies blow through the piece, picking up wispy vocals along its carefree journey. The warmth emanating from the track brings back memories of soaking up the summer sun as the sun rays gently pierce through the ocean water.
